Pelvic Ultra Sound, what do you think?

I recently had a pelvic ultrasound and the doctor didnt tell me anything she just looked at the screen moving the ultra sound thing to different angles and looking confused at the same spot on my right side. After a few minutes I turned my head to look at the screen and it was like a circle that was kind of split. like (/) but it was still together. Do you get what I mean? :S what do you think? Could it be ovary or appendix or both together ? :S
