What's the name of this one split-screen music video?

Where there is a guy and a girl, and they keep narrowly missing each other, and finally meet-up at the end - but she rejects him? I remember it starting out where they each wake-up in their respective apartments, cook breakfast, and go on with their day. I think there's a part where she's in a taxi that he tries to catch up with near the beginning. That's all I got. Can't remember the song or the band name. Any help would be appreciated.
