Should i contact my ex again?

Me and my ex split after 10 years of dating, after 7 months nc I talked to her today. We messaged back and forth a few hours today and it was plesant and nice. She mentioned dateing again with other guys and said she had changed a lot. She said she was very happy to hear from me. But I kept from mentioning anything about my personal life to her and didn't tell her much about what I was doing. In the end she said we could atleast be friends and or something and be adults about it. I messaged her back and said sure im always here ifyou want to talk. After that I haven't heard back from her. Should I contact her again or wait and see if she contacts me?
