Politics: Why don't pro-life people want to legally bind a man to his baby?

Anyone who fails to take responsibility for their actions is not worthy of being a father and the mother is probably better off without him. This was the reaction of my daughter, who had a baby at 15 and the father disappeared. My son and I took on the paternal role model task and we both love my grandson. He is 14 now and we are incredibly proud of him but there is no knowing how badly he would have turned out if his loser father had stayed around
