Do you do this with your real estate agents? is this ok or good practice?

I'm a hustler that why i when from renting in 2006 to owning having 5 homes. I beleive money talks and bs walks. I know that getting my places rented the agent is not going to make that much money since he or she is going to have to split it with their broker. one i work with is 50%, so i awlays say to those who work to get my places rented get my place rented and i take care of you$$ and it works and I take care of them. Do you do this as well= owner and does this happen to you= agent.
