I keep spiting up mucus?

Sorry not to be gross when i spit it up its in large amounts and im not sick or have a cold so if you have any suggestions of what i could take (meds) and i can't see a docter now because i got a lot of work to do like cleaning but if you have any advice of what i should do thanks very much! btw im 12
