I want to know the statute of limitation of statutory rape in FLA?

I was 15 when I got pregnant with my little baby.. When I was 16 her daddy beat me up while I was holding her.The police and DCF was called he went to jail for 2 days and DCF discharged our case. After that a women called DCF on me out of spite and DCF said we have to take you and you're baby now we we're separated in foster-care :( and I haven't seen my angel sense but I found out her father is doing a case-plan and is living with her and is about to get her back ... with everything he did!! When I turn 18 I'm going to court and getting my baby back but I need to know what is the statue of limitation on statute of limitation of statutory rape in FLA and what are the chances I will get her.
