Price per month of gas/electric in apartment?

I'm going to be living in a SMALL 4 bedroom apartment starting in August. We live in northwestern Ohio, so I know the winters will more expensive, but does anyone know on average how much ONLY gas and electric cost in an apartment? We will be splitting it four ways, but I'm hoping it won't be more than $200 a month over all. Thanks!
